I have had Ortex for the years and they are wonderful. They listen to where I want it sprayed, because I have a child that crawls on the floor. Always kind and respectful. They do a thorough job always and are very affordable. I had someone bring need bugs to my house or was a nightmare!!! They came in and killed them all and the price was 2/3 less then the competitors, and that made me happy!! If I have any problems in between my monthly service, they will promptly come out and take care of it. I hate bugs and I appreciate peace of mind. You won't regret using them.

When we moved to Clarksville the previous owner recommended Ortex. Not knowing anyone in the area we decided to give them a chance. I am so glad we did. The first time our "bug guy" came to our home, he was very professional and knowledgeable of our house and issues the house had in the past. (Thankfully there weren't that many thanks to Ortex!) A year and a half later, I can say we are thankful we went with the previous owners recommendation and are happy with Ortex!

Fantastic!! My wife and I have been using Ortex Clarksville for several years to maintain insect control at our home - we live in a rural area where every insect imaginable is heavily populated. They do an outstanding job!!!...from scheduling, to performance, to customer service...their technicians and staff are wonderful. One of the best decisions my wife and I have made regarding home maintenance. Goodbye spiders, roaches , wasps and even Asian lady bugs! Thanks Ortex!

I've been using Ortex Pest Control since 2012 and have had nothing but GREAT service. They are always on time with the monthly service and are more than willing to come out if I call them between my scheduled service dates (I'm terrified of spiders!). As long as I live in their service area, they will have a loyal customer! (BTW - they also do termite inspections for home loans!)

Great company! Have called them out between our quarterly services a few times and have always had prompt and efficient service. The customer service ladies who schedule the appointments are always very helpful and extremely friendly. With a specific issue, the owner showed up within a half an hour of my call to Ortex to check up on a new issue and I received a phone call with our tech scheduled to arrive first thing the next morning, all within 45 minutes. They try to keep a specific tech with you so it's always nice to know your'e getting someone who is familiar with your history. Reasonable prices and would highly recommend this locally owned company over larger companies where you're just a number! Always try to support local businesses first!

These guys are great and really know their stuff! They are prompt and efficient and do everything in their power to be sure we are taken care of. I will continue to use them as long as I own this house. Just wish they had a location for my Ohio home.

We've been using Ortex Pest Control for almost over 10 years now and I have never thought about changing services. The pest control professional is always on time and very courteous to my wife and I and very knowledgeable on their posts and what is being used to combat them. We would recommend them to any of our friends for sure.

Very nice people, they always make sure to handle any of my concerns and all my pest problems. They came in and handled my spider invasion, when we first moved into our house. Techs even came out in between appointments, at no extra charge, until the spiders were under control.

We just had our home treated for termite prevention, and I can honestly say Ortex is one of the absolute best companies I have ever done business with. Every time I called I was treated as a valuable customer. Tim, who came out for the estimate was fantastic, knowledgeable, and friendly. Mike, who came to do the treatment today was also professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and even took the time to answer all the questions I had about insect control. Thank you so very much for a painless, professional experience. I HIGHLY recommend Ortex for any insect / termite needs.

Been with this company for a while and they are great! Today a new Tech came out, Jake Evans was excellent and we hope to have him as our tech moving forward. I recommend this company!

We've been using Ortex since moving into our home in 2020, the previous owners used their service. Quinton has always taken care of us, super friendly and understands that the house isn't always perfect with 3 kids running around! Would definitely recommend them if you're looking to protect your home and excellent customer service!

Ortex has been our pest control team for several. I think they're the best, it's locally owned with service to match! Quinton has been coming to my home for a while now. He certainly has gone above and beyond. He takes care of issues that I've missed. When Quinton sprays the outside, he even looks to make sure there aren't any issues regarding the foundation, flower beds, etc. My husband took care of all things "house" so it's a great relief to be able to trust his expertise.

Ortex has been servicing our properties for around 10 years. Our latest tech, Quinton, does a fantastic job. He always goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. We've also used Ortex for crawlspace work in our real estate business; always professional and do what they say they'll do!

Quinton did our annual pest control for termites. He sprayed, then cleaned up for spiders, and installed 10 mil vapor barrier for us. Very friendly and professional. Did a great job!

Travis has been our quarterly insect inspector for 2 years now. He is very professional and always on time. He is always very efficient and if I have any questions he always will do the research and find the answer to my questions. I am very pleased with Ortex and Mr Williams.... thanks for always doing a great job!

My house had previously been treated for termites 3 years ago with a guaranteed 7 year treatment from another company in Republic that isn't the best at returning phone calls. I contacted Ortex (as well as a few other companies in the area) after finding active termites around my house. David came out and did a thorough inspection. After carefully considering the options, I chose Ortex to treat my whole house exterior and crawlspace. The technician that came out was very polite and respectful, and did a wonderful job. I am very pleased with the service and folks at Ortex and highly recommend them.

I have used Ortex for about 10 years. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. I live in an old house and am thrilled to have NO insects inside! This is thanks to Travis Williams who has always been my pest technician. Thank you Travis and Ortex!

The same guy, Fred, comes out and it takes him about 15 minutes. The company sets up the appointments and sends us a card; if we need to change that, we can call them up and they are very flexible.

Had service for two years, service man was always on time the price was reasonable and I did not have any pest issues after they did the initial treatment of my house.

It went just fine. Fred, the service man, came in as always just as pleasant as he could be. He did what was required in a timely and efficient manner.

We moved into a new house in August and recently found we had a mouse problem. Bad. Like as in we killed 30 in our attic with mouse traps over a 2 week period. We scheduled with Ortex to come out and treat our mouse and spider (black widows were making their homes in our garage) problem. The first visit was scheduled, and the exterminator spent an hour trying to find our house with no success (new house is not on google maps yet), so we rescheduled. Second visit, he showed up on time and set out the bait. A month later we put another trap up and caught ANOTHER mouse, so we called them back, they showed up right away and put out a lot more bait. Since then, we've had no indication mice are in the house.

I like that they have options like I can do buy monthly or quarterly and I can also change it at anytime as other places don't offer that kind of stuff.

Very well- we had a mouse problem, but I emphasize the past tense. They did a new contract termite treatment that was $600 of the $715 total. We are pleased so far.

The appointment was so easy, and they were right on time. When they came in, I got something else to do, so I didn't have the time to do the inside and outside; but they were really good enough to do the outside because I had to leave. They asked me to give a call whenever I was comfortable, so they would come back again to do the inside. They didn't charge me anything extra, so it was good. Their customer service was good. They are very friendly.

Eventhough the service tech was late, he called and kept me informed of his arrival time. Very professional and polite and answered all my questions.
