When we moved to Clarksville the previous owner recommended Ortex. Not knowing anyone in the area we decided to give them a chance. I am so glad we did. The first time our "bug guy" came to our home, he was very professional and knowledgeable of our house and issues the house had in the past. (Thankfully there weren't that many thanks to Ortex!) A year and a half later, I can say we are thankful we went with the previous owners recommendation and are happy with Ortex!

Fantastic!! My wife and I have been using Ortex Clarksville for several years to maintain insect control at our home - we live in a rural area where every insect imaginable is heavily populated. They do an outstanding job!!!...from scheduling, to performance, to customer service...their technicians and staff are wonderful. One of the best decisions my wife and I have made regarding home maintenance. Goodbye spiders, roaches , wasps and even Asian lady bugs! Thanks Ortex!

I've been using Ortex Pest Control since 2012 and have had nothing but GREAT service. They are always on time with the monthly service and are more than willing to come out if I call them between my scheduled service dates (I'm terrified of spiders!). As long as I live in their service area, they will have a loyal customer! (BTW - they also do termite inspections for home loans!)

Very nice people, they always make sure to handle any of my concerns and all my pest problems. They came in and handled my spider invasion, when we first moved into our house. Techs even came out in between appointments, at no extra charge, until the spiders were under control.

Mike, who came to do the treatment today was also professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and even took the time to answer all the questions I had about insect control. Ortex has been our pest control team for several. I think they're the best, it's locally owned with service to match! Quinton has been coming to my home for a while now. He certainly has gone above and beyond. He takes care of issues that I've missed. When Quinton sprays the outside, he even looks to make sure there aren't any issues regarding the foundation, flower beds, etc. My husband took care of all things "house" so it's a great relief to be able to trust his expertise.

My house had previously been treated for termites 3 years ago with a guaranteed 7 year treatment from another company in Republic that isn't the best at returning phone calls. I contacted Ortex (as well as a few other companies in the area) after finding active termites around my house. David came out and did a thorough inspection. After carefully considering the options, I chose Ortex to treat my whole house exterior and crawlspace. The technician that came out was very polite and respectful, and did a wonderful job. I am very pleased with the service and folks at Ortex and highly recommend them.

The same guy, Fred, comes out and it takes him about 15 minutes. The company sets up the appointments and sends us a card; if we need to change that, we can call them up and they are very flexible.

We moved into a new house in August and recently found we had a mouse problem. Bad. Like as in we killed 30 in our attic with mouse traps over a 2 week period. We scheduled with Ortex to come out and treat our mouse and spider (black widows were making their homes in our garage) problem. The first visit was scheduled, and the exterminator spent an hour trying to find our house with no success (new house is not on google maps yet), so we rescheduled. Second visit, he showed up on time and set out the bait. A month later we put another trap up and caught ANOTHER mouse, so we called them back, they showed up right away and put out a lot more bait. Since then, we've had no indication mice are in the house.
